As we begin each new project, New Village Media collaborates with you to create a master Scope of Work (SOW) detailing a schedule of expectations, regular reporting goals, and deliverables. Through tightly controlled project management that includes scheduled in-person and telephone conferences, and constant attention to quality control, our goal is to complete each project on time and within budget.

With the Scope of Work developed, New Village Media's Information Architect meets with each client to determine the desired content and organizational goals that the Web site will be designed to meet. In addition to establishing the navigational structure, our Information Architect will recommend features to be incorporated into the site and will explain how each will function. Then our experienced designers take over to develop the unique look and feel the customer seeks for its corporate online image. Photographs, graphics, interactive Flash components, and multimedia elements are carefully crafted in just the right manner to e stablish a quality image that enhances corporate communication and creates a positive first impression.

At New Village Media, we believe our clients should be able to manage their own Web content without having to know HTML or other programming languages. We recommend TYPO3, a world-class enterprise level Content Management System that allows clients immediate access and control of the content on their Web sites. Our dedication to the use of Open-Source software guarantees a higher reliability and lower cost than similar proprietary solutions.

New Village Media also believes Web sites should be available to all. For that reason, our Web developers make sure every site we build meets stringent Federal (Section 508) requirements for handicap accessibility.
